RV Customer Service Specialist

Gulf Stream Coach, Inc. of Nappanee Indiana is currently seeking (2) Qualified RV Customer Service Specialists in our fast-paced customer service department.  Ideal candidate should possess a working knowledge of RVs, and warranty processes.     

FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to phone calls, emails, letters, and other forms of communication from dealers and retail customers concerning warranty / technical issues.
• Process warranty claims via our on-line warranty website and non-dealer authorizations.
• Resolve dealer and retail customer concerns to provide the best customer service experience possible.
• Follow Gulf Stream policy and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good phone etiquette.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior RV Customer Service experience or related field.
• May train the right candidate.
